Once a year, youth pastors, youth staff and volunteer youth leaders from the Association gather to exchange ideas, share experiences and support one another in their various essential ministries to the youth and young adults of their respective congregations.
Through the event we have been blessed by a strengthening of the annual Youth Conference and the youth and young adult ministries of many of our Association churches.
